New Horizons

It’s time for me to take my art to the next level. Eight years ago, I began the journey of teaching myself how to paint. I have loved it tremendously, and it’s gotten me through some dark times as well as added color and joy to the good times.

I have been fortunate to sell my work despite not really ever having marketed it, other than posting on Social Media. But it dawned on me that something needed to change after hearing people continuously ask if I sell my work, or where they can find my work.

I’m afraid I haven’t been very clear on that front. In a perfect world, I would be able to just paint pretty pictures and people will come to buy them. But in the real world, I’m going to have to do a little more than paint. I am going to actually have to look at the business side of art. Unless I want to rent a storage building to house all of it, that is.

So here I am with a brand new website that is dedicated to my art and the selling of that art.

In two weeks, I will be releasing my first collection EVER! This is how the art world does it. I just never have. This work will be for sale and will be about all things springtime. Because aren’t we ready?

It is said that to grab people’s attention to anything, you must almost bombard them with the same messaging over and over. I don’t like doing that to be honest, but I will send out a few reminders on the release date. So if you see several posts on my social media accounts saying the same thing, please understand that I’m trying to get as many eyes tuned in to my new website and spring collection as possible.

In the meantime, I would love it if you would go to the email sign up page and add yourself to my mailing list. This way, you will be sure to get updates of all the goings on around here.

I am truly honored that I am at this place, no matter how long it has taken me to get here. And thank you to those who have been with me from the beginning. Really looking forward to this next leg of the journey.

With love and gratitude,

Connie
